PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13 EU REGULATION 2016/679

ISemar S.r.l., located at Via Sardegna, 5 - 60022 Castelfidardo (AN), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, “on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “Regulation”), hereby informs you about the processing of personal data you provide when requesting contact, registration, or information via this site.

Article 13 of the Regulation states that when the data controller collects data from the data subject, certain information must be provided. Below are the required disclosures.

a) Infinergi App Registration

• For the purpose of registering in the Infinergi app and using the services offered, your contact personal data will be processed exclusively by ISemar S.r.l. staff and collaborators, as well as by subjects expressly designated as Data Processors. Outside of these cases, data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated, except as specifically required by national or European Union law.


• The Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary, and in any case no longer than 10 years from the date of collection.


• You are informed that, pursuant to the Regulation, you may request from the Data Controller access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), or object to their processing (Art. 21), as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20).

• Pursuant to the Regulation, if the Data Controller fails to comply with your request within the timeframe set out in Art. 12, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Art. 77) as per the procedures indicated on the Authority’s website: http://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/modulistica, or to file a judicial appeal (Art. 79).
